Lisa Waller-Gage

Lisa Waller-Gage is the Founder and Principal Broker of Sky Realty of New Hampshire. Her office is supported by a team of administrative Transactional Coordinators, a Full time Showingtime Service and Appointment Coordinators, Professional Stagers, a team of professional photographers and videographers and drone pilots, and various marketing and design professionals. She has a strong network of mortgage professionals, licensed home tradesman and inspectors. Her years of cooperating with local agents and her wide array of listings in house gives her first notice of many "coming soon" inventory and buyers who would match perfect for her own listings.

The Journey

While earning a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies at Rivier University in NH, Lisa spent a summer in Cape Cod working for a marketing company promoting time share. That experience ultimately led to a path where she changed her vision of becoming a lawyer to pursuing a career in real estate.

Upon graduating Summe Cum Laude, Lisa obtained her real estate license. As a one year rookie, she joined NH's highest producing single office which paved her way to becoming a local award-winning agent.

Lisa opened the doors to Sky Realty, to give way to a local brand, designed to give laser focus to buyers and sellers in NH. Sky Realty was named after Lisa's daughter Skyler, to inspire her and other children to unleash their inner hero and pursue their dreams.

Raised in the Granite State, Lisa a vast knowledge of the areas cities and towns. Her invaluable experience, selling 50 million dollars in real estate, has refined an unmatched skillset to benefit her clients.
